The degreasing furnace is a special equipment for the powder metallurgy industry. The degreasing furnace uses nitric acid vapor as a catalyst to quickly remove the binder in the workpiece. The degreasing furnace is suitable for metal or ceramic injection parts of the polyacetal feeding system in the powder metallurgy injection molding process. The degreasing furnace uses chemical action to gasify the binder in the workpiece to achieve the removal effect. The whole process of removing the binder is by inputting the program controller in advance, and then the controller sends out instructions one by one to complete the whole process of removing the binder in a fully automatic way. Equipped with a quantitative acid addition system, a working gas supply system, and an exhaust gas combustion system, the gas flow can be adjusted and monitored in real time. Various flow options ensure that the combustion system is completely burned and meets environmental protection standards.
